Boot Camp & Beer
Due tonight's rain, we have decided to reschedule BootCamp and Beer to next Tuesday, August 22.. But, have no fear... head inside to Red Brick Station and enjoy an ice cold beer.
What is bootcamp? Boot camp is fusion of plyometric, bodyweight, and callisthenic exercises designed to do one thing - BURN CALORIES! If you want results, Bootcamp is the class for YOU!
