Rules of Etiquette
In order to promote a safe, secure, and pleasant shopping environment, we ask for your cooperation in complying with these Rules of Etiquette to be followed by all patrons.
These activities are PROHIBITED at THE AVENUE at White Marsh:- Use of loud or obscene language or gestures.
- Standing or walking in large groups which causes an inconvenience to others.
- Loitering and blocking storefronts or fire exits.
- Posession of alcoholic beverages or illegal substances.
- Any act which could result in harm to persons or property.
- Walking without shoes or shirt.
- Running, shouting, throwing any type of debris, disorderly or disruptive conduct of any nature.
- Playing radios or musical instruments not part of an activity approved in advance by THE AVENUE at White Marsh.
- Smoking in any building.
- Use of skateboards, roller skates, or bicycles.
- Literature distribution.
- Overnight parking.
- Solicitation.
- Any act defined by Federal, State or Local Statutes or Ordinances as constituting a criminal act.
